Portland Architecture
The image above is a list of the tallest 40 or so structures in Portland. Existing facade materials include glass, steel, aluminum, concrete, terracotta, and granite. And so, there is a precedence for just about every typical urban building material here in Portland. We intend on using local materials as much as possible- which doesn't necessarily mean vernacular or, as shown above, materials in use in the surrounding cityscape.
